【摘要】 目的 了解武汉市江夏区重点行业/场所3种重要病媒生物侵害状况，为该区的病媒生物防制工作提供数据支持。方法 于2023年8—11月对武汉市江夏区13个街镇16类不同单位/场所的鼠类、蝇类和蜚蠊侵害情况进行现场调查。鼠密度监测采用鼠迹法，蝇密度和蜚蠊密度监测采用目测法。结果 室内鼠迹阳性率为6.21%,防鼠设施合格率为89.17%,外环境路径指数为0.73处/km;室内有蝇房间阳性率7.04%,防蝇设施合格率90.01%,蝇类孳生地阳性率2.81%;蜚蠊成若虫侵害率2.42%,卵鞘查获率2.80%,蟑迹查获率2.04%。结论 初步掌握武汉市江夏区重点行业/场所3种重要病媒生物侵害状况，为建立全区病媒生物防制长效管理机制提供参考资料。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the three major vectors infestation in key types of industries(places) in Jiangxia District of Wuhan, so as to provide data basis for vector control in the region. Methods From August to November 2023, a field investigation was conducted to evaluate the current infestation status of rodent, fly and cockroach in 16 different units/places in 13 streets and towns in Jiangxia District of Wuhan.The rodent density were measured by rodent trace method and the density of flies and cockroaches were measured by visual observation method. Results The rate of rodent traces indoor was 6.21%, the percent of rooms that were correctly installed and used with rodent-proof facilities indoor was 89.17%, and the route index of rodent in outdoor areas was 0.73 traces per km. The percent of the rooms that were aggrieved by flies was 7.04%, the percent of rooms that were correctly installed and used with fly-proof facilities was 90.01%, and the rate of fly breeding sites was 2.81%; the infestation rate of adult and nymphae cockroach was 2.42%, the detection rate of cockroach egg was 2.80%, and the detection rate of cockroach trace was 2.04%. Conclusion The current status of three major vectors infestation in different types of industries(places) in Jiangxia District of Wuhan obtained in this investigation provides background data for the establishment of long-term management mechanism of vector control in the region in the future.更多还原
