2017—2023年长沙市三带喙库蚊监测结果分析
An analysis of surveillance results of Culex tritaeniorhynchus in Changsha from 2017 to 2023
【摘要】 目的 分析2017—2023年三带喙库蚊在长沙市的时空分布,为长沙市三带喙库蚊的防制及流行性乙型脑炎的防控提供科学依据。方法 每年的4—11月,在城镇居民区、公园、医院、民房、猪圈开展诱蚊灯法监测,捕获三带喙库蚊成蚊,对其密度、季节消长趋势及生境分布进行分析。利用WPS、SPSS 18.0软件对数据进行处理和分析,用Bonferroni法对多个样本均数进行两两比较。结果 2017—2023年长沙市三带喙库蚊平均蚊密度为9.75只/(灯·夜)。不同年份间蚊密度差异有统计学意义(F=2.915,P=0.009),2018年蚊密度最高,为32.91只/(灯·夜)。全年蚊密度季节消长趋势呈双峰分布,6月和9月为密度高峰。不同月份间蚊密度差异有统计学意义(F=3.292,P=0.002),6月蚊密度最高,为37.16只/(灯·夜)。不同生境间蚊密度差异有统计学意义(F=9.267,P=0.000),猪圈蚊密度最高,为38.47只/(灯·夜)。农村蚊密度高于城区(F=22.427,P=0.000)。结论 长沙市三带喙库蚊密度在6—7月达到峰值,猪圈蚊密度最高,农村蚊密度高于城区。应重点在6—7月加强农村地区三带喙库蚊的综合防制。
【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the temporal and spatial distribution of Culex tritaeniorhynchus in Changsha City from 2017 to 2023,so as to provide scientific basis for the control of Cx. tritaeniorhynchus and the prevention and control of Japanese encephalitis in Changsha. Methods The mosquito light trap method was carried out in urban residential areas, parks, hospitals, peasant household and pig pens from April to November each year, and Cx. tritaeniorhynchus were obtained, and their population density, seasonal fluctuation and distribution patterns in different habitats were analyzed. WPS and SPSS 18.0 softwares were used to process and analysis the data, and the Bonferroni method was used for pairwise comparisons.Results The average mosquito density of Cx. tritaeniorhynchus in Changsha from 2017 to 2023 was 9.75 mosquito/(light·night).The difference of mosquito density in different years was statistically significant(F=2.915, P=0.009). The highest mosquito density was 32.91 mosquito/(light·night) in 2018. The seasonal fluctuation of mosquito density showed a bimodal curve throughout the year, peaking in June and September. The differences of mosquito density in different months were statistically significant(F=3.292, P=0.002), and the highest mosquito density was found in June, which was 37.16 mosquito/(light·night).The differences of the mosquito density of different habitats were statistically significant(F=9.267, P=0.000), and the highest mosquito density was found in pig pens, which was 38.47 mosquito/(light·night).And the mosquito density in rural areas was higher than that in urban areas(F=22.427, P=0.000).Conclusion The density of Cx. tritaeniorhynchus peaks in June and July in Changsha City, and the density of pig pens is the highest, and the mosquito density in rural areas is higher than that in urban areas. The integrated control of Cx. tritaeniorhynchus in rural areas should be strengthened in June and July.
