【Abstract】 There are many highlights in the implementation of long-term care insurance(LTCI) pilot in Jiaxing City, but there are also issues that need to be improved. Drawing on the implementation of LTCI pilot in Qingdao, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Beijing, the suggestions for the future development of LTCI pilot in Jiaxing City are proposed. It is necessary to gradually divest the financing sources of medical insurance fund and formulate a fair financing standard, set up a protection mechanism for preventing and delaying dementia, fully mobilize the community resources and perfect the community care system, and enrich the content of the LCTI services.更多还原
