【摘要】 目的 基于三维质量结构框架构建医疗机构临床用血质量评价指标体系，以持续改进医疗用血质量。方法 按照“结构-过程-结果”三维质量结构，通过文献回顾，结合实地调研，构建医疗机构临床用血质量评价指标体系框架，采用德尔菲法和界值法确定评价指标，通过层次分析法计算指标权重。结果 构建了医疗机构临床用血质量评价指标体系，包含一级指标3个二级指标5个三级指标54个，内容涵盖职责与机制、输血诊疗能力、输血科服务能力、用血质量持续改进目标、用血年龄变化趋势等。结论 本研究构建的医疗机构临床用血质量评价指标体系具有一定的科学性及实用性，适用于医疗机构开展临床用血评价。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish an evaluation index system for the quality of clinical blood utilization in medical institutions based on the three-dimensional quality structure framework, aiming to continuously improve the quality of medical blood utilization. Methods Following the "structure-process-outcome" three-dimensional quality structure, an evaluation index system framework for the quality of clinical blood utilization in medical institutions was constructed through literature review combined with field research. The Delphi method and threshold value method were employed to determine the evaluation indices, and the analytic hierarchy process was used to calculate weights to the indices. Results An evaluation index system for the quality of clinical blood utilization in medical institutions was established, comprising 3 primary indicators, 5 secondary indicators, and 54 tertiary indicators. The content covers aspects such as responsibilities and mechanisms, transfusion diagnosis and treatment capabilities, service capabilities of the blood transfusion department, continuous improvement goals for blood utilization quality, and trends in age-related changes in blood utilization. Conclusion The evaluation index system for the quality of clinical blood utilization in medical institutions constructed in this study demonstrates a certain degree of scientific validity and practical applicability, making it suitable for medical institutions to conduct evaluations of clinical blood utilization.更多还原
