【Abstract】 "Promoting health" represents the core future direction for the medical and health management sectors. Against this backdrop, centered around the concept of "proactive health", this study analyzes the current development status of smart medical services and explores how tertiary general hospitals can enhance their smart service provision capabilities through institutional and mechanism reforms, optimization of resource allocation, and addressing developmental shortcomings, leveraging the "Internet + medical" model.
