【摘要】 国家区域医疗中心是多元主体参与，构建卫生健康现代化治理体系的试验田。以行动者网络理论为指导，以上海市第六人民医院福建医院为具体案例，以属地政府、输出医院、项目医院和民营经济组织为核心行动者，分析其职能定位、关键的转译行动，以及形成的动态行动者网络。提出了增强党建引领以激发人类行动者的能动性，关注结构因素的支撑作用以促进人类与“非人类”行动者有效互动，关注核心行动者及网络动态变化并开展优化建设路径研究等行动干预策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 The National Regional Medical Center serves as an experimental field for involving multiple entities in constructing a modernized governance system for health and wellness. Guided by Actor-Network Theory, this study takes Fujian Hospital affiliated with Shanghai Sixth People’s Hospital as a specific case, with the municipal government, the exporting hospital, the project hospital, and private economic organizations as the core actors. It analyzes their functional positioning, key translational actions, and the dynamic actor-network that emerges. The study proposes action intervention strategies, including enhancing the leadership of Party building to stimulate the agency of human actors, focusing on the supportive role of structural factors to promote effective interactions between human and "non-human" actors, and paying attention to the core actors and the dynamic changes within the network to conduct research on optimizing the construction path.更多还原
