【Abstract】 The construction of smart hospitals is an important direction for the high-quality development of public hospitals. Based on the working mechanism of hospital operation management, this study constructed an integrated operation management platform of smart hospitals with the theme of "resource efficiency" and "operation benefit". The platform adopts the integrated operation mode of PC and mobile terminal to realize management services such as data integration and visual display, information sharing and personalized analysis, decision support and target early warning.
