【摘要】 目的 构建适应我国医疗机构的智慧医院关键技术实施框架。方法 采用案例分析法，选取中国医学科学院肿瘤医院深圳医院等典型案例，通过政策文献分析、关键技术研究、项目实施应用、技术架构解构进行研究。结果 通过业务主导、技术协同的方式建立了包含物联网感知层、数据中台、业务中台的三层技术架构，分级部署方案使信息互通及使用效率显著提升。结论 分级部署、双中台联动模式能有效解决医疗数据孤岛问题，为医院数字化转型提供可复制的实施路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To construct an implementation framework of key technologies for smart hospitals adapted to Chinese medical institutions. Methods Using case analysis methodology, this study selected representative cases such as Shenzhen Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences Cancer Hospital. The research was conducted through policy literature analysis, key technology investigation, project implementation, and technical architecture deconstruction. Results A three-layer technical architecture was established via a business-driven and technology-integrated approach, including an IoT perception layer, data middle platform, and business middle platform. The hierarchical deployment scheme significantly improved information interoperability and operational efficiency. Conclusion The hierarchical deployment strategy with dual-middle-platform collaboration effectively addresses medical data silos and provides a replicable implementation pathway for hospital digital transformation.更多还原
