【摘要】 目的 构建一套护理病案首页项目指标，为DRGs支付背景下科学实施护理管理提供参考。方法 采用立意取样法，选取武汉市某三级甲等综合医院住院患者移动护理系统中现行的护理文书，通过内容分析法提取有关护理内涵的概念或内容，运用护理程序理论框架从评估、实施、结局、评价层面，通过德尔菲专家函询和研究小组讨论，并运用层次分析法中的成对比较矩阵确定指标权重，最终构建体现护理工作内涵的护理病案首页项目指标。结果 经过2轮专家函询，构建的护理病案首页项目指标共包括5项一级指标、19项二级指标、32项三级指标。护理级别、护理评估、护理行为、护理结局、护理评价5个一级指标的权重分别为0.046、0.519、0.262、0.126、0.048。结论 本研究构建的护理病案首页项目指标具有较好的一致性、科学性和实用性，基本契合DRGs付费模式下的护理工作，适用于医疗机构资源配置，有利于促进医疗服务高质量发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Constructing a set of nursing case home page program indicators for the scientiffc implementation of nursing management in the context of DRGs payments. Methods Using purposive sampling method, the current nursing documents in the mobile nursing system of inpatients in a tertiary general hospital in Wuhan were selected. The concept or content of nursing connotation was extracted by content analysis method. The theoretical framework of nursing procedure was used from the evaluation, implementation, outcome and evaluation level. Through Delphi expert consultation and research group discussion, and using the paired comparison matrix in the analytic hierarchy process to determine the index weight, the nursing case home page program indicators reflecting the connotation of nursing work was ffnally constructed. Results After 2 rounds of expert correspondence, the constructed nursing case home page program indicators included a total of 5 ffrst-level indicators, 19 second-level indicators, and 32 thirdlevel indicators. The weights of the 5 ffrst-level indicators of nursing level, nursing assessment, nursing behavior, nursing outcome, and nursing evaluation were 0.046, 0.519, 0.262, 0.126, and 0.048,respectively. Conclusion The nursing case home page program indicator system constructed in this study demonstrates good consistency, scientiffc validity, and practicality. It effectively aligns with nursing work under the DRG payment model and is suitable for healthcare resource allocation in medical institutions, thereby facilitating high-quality development of healthcare services.更多还原
