负载下活性粉末混凝土薄层加固H形钢梁抗剪性能研究
Study on the shear behavior of H-shaped steel beams strengthened with reactive powder concrete thin layer under loading
【摘要】 为研究负载下活性粉末混凝土(reactive powder concrete,RPC)加固H形钢梁的受剪性能,设计并制作4根RPC薄层加固H形钢梁和1根型钢对比梁,通过抗剪试验研究了剪跨比、含钢率对加固梁的破坏形态、受剪承载力和变形能力的影响。结果表明:加固梁均发生剪压破坏,未出现粘结破坏;负载下采用RPC对型钢梁进行加固可显著提高构件的抗剪承载力和变形能力,最高提升幅度分别可达1.27、0.83倍。根据统一抗剪强度模型提出了RPC薄层加固型钢梁的受剪承载力计算公式,计算结果误差在10%以内,具有较高的预测精度,可为该加固技术的工程推广提供理论依据。
【Abstract】 To study the shear performance of H-shaped steel beams reinforced with reactive powder concrete(RPC) under load, four RPC thin layer reinforced H-shaped steel beams and one section-steel contrast beam were designed and fabricated. The influences of shear-span ratio and steel content ratio on the failure modes, shear bearing capacity and anti-deformation capacity of the beams strengthened were studied through shear tests. The results show that all the reinforced beams have undergone shear and compressive failures, but no bonding failure has occurred. The shear bearing capacity and anti-deformation capacity of the component can be significantly improved by reinforcing the section-steel beam with RPC under load, with the maximum enhancement amplitude reaching 1.27 times and 0.83 times respectively. According to the unified shear strength model, the formula for calculating the shear bearing capacity of RPC thin-layer reinforced steel beams was proposed. The relative error of the calculation results is within 10%, which has a high prediction accuracy, and provides a theoretical basis for the engineering promotion of this reinforcement technology.
