【摘要】 实习是公共卫生领域本科生锤炼专业技能的重要阶段。文章从协同育人视角展开，以安徽省疾病预防控制中心实习带教实践为基础，结合相关文献研究及高校官网信息检索，分析当前公共卫生领域本科生实习管理协同机制的短板，探讨优化路径。文章建议借助高校与实习单位的协同育人机制，明确实习目标、创新培养模式、加强岗前培训、优化管理流程、构建“双导师制”，并注重对学生的心理关怀和职业引导，以期为公共卫生领域培养更多的高质量人才。更多还原

【Abstract】 Internship is an important stage for undergraduate students in the field of public health to hone their professional skills. This article is developed from the perspective of collaborative education. Based on the internship teaching practice of Anhui Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention, combined with relevant literature research and information retrieval on university official websites, it analyzes the shortcomings of the current collaborative mechanism for undergraduate internship management in the field of public health and explores the optimization path. The article suggests leveraging the collaborative education mechanism between universities and internship units to clarify internship goals, innovate training models, strengthen pre-job training, optimize management processes, establish a "dual-mentor system", and pay attention to psychological care and career guidance for students, with the aim of cultivating more high-quality talents for the field of public health.更多还原
