胸外按压质量实时反馈装置在心肺复苏住培教学中的应用
Application of Real-time Feedback Device for Chest Compression Quality in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Resident Training Teaching
【摘要】 目的 探讨心肺复苏(cardiopulmonary resuscitation, CPR)在住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)教学中采用胸外按压质量实时反馈装置的效果。方法 选取2023年10月—2024年7月西安交通大学第二附属医院急诊科轮转的40名住培医生作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法随机分为对照组(n=20)与研究组(n=20),对照组采用常规徒手CPR方法培训,研究组采用胸外按压质量实时反馈装置实施CPR培训,比较两组按压质量、按压合格率和教学满意度。结果 培训后,研究组的按压深度、按压频率均较对照组更优,且按压合格率中深度合格率、瞬时频率合格率及总合格率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组的教学总满意度为95.00%(19/20),高于对照组的65.00%(13/20),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 胸外按压质量实时反馈装置应用于CPR住培教学中,能够提升胸外按压质量及按压合格率,且教学满意度良好。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of using a real-time feedback device for chest compression quality in the teaching of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) during standardized training for resident physicians(referred to as "resident training"). Methods A total of forty resident physicians rotating in the Department of Emergency of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong University from October 2023 to July 2024 were selected as research subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group(n=20) and a study group(n=20) using a random number table method. The control group received training with conventional manual CPR methods, while the study group received CPR training using a real-time feedback device for chest compression quality. The compression quality, compression pass rate, and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After training, the compression depth and compression frequency in the study group were better than those in the control group, the depth pass rate, instantaneous frequency pass rate, and total pass rate among the compression pass rates in the study group were all higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05). The total teaching satisfaction rate in the study group was 95.00%(19/20), which was higher than 65.00%(13/20) in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of the real-time feedback device for chest compression quality in CPR resident training teaching can improve the quality of chest compression and the compression pass rate, with good teaching satisfaction.
