【摘要】 本文旨在探讨重点专科建设背景下，检验科实习培训中基于问题的学习（problem based learning, PBL教学模式在检验科实习培训中的应用实践及其对实习生思辨能力的培养效果。通过系统剖析PBL教学模式的核心特征及其在医学教育领域的应用优势，结合重点专科导向下检验科实习培训的实际需求，设计并实施针对性的PBL教学方案。实践验证表明，该模式在提升实习生思辨能力、自主学习能力、团队协作能力及解决实际问题能力等维度均呈现显著成效。本研究为检验科实习培训提供了可借鉴的教学模式，对提升实习生思辨能力与实践能力具有一定参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper aims to explore the application practice of the problem-based learning(PBL) teaching model in laboratory medicine internship training and its effect on cultivating interns’ critical thinking under the background of key specialty construction. By systematically analyzing the core characteristics of the PBL teaching model and its application advantages in the field of medical education, a targeted PBL teaching scheme was designed and implemented in combination with the actual needs of laboratory medicine internship training guided by key specialties. Practical verification shows that this model has achieved remarkable results in enhancing interns’ critical thinking ability, autonomous learning ability, teamwork ability, and practical problem-solving ability. This study provides a referenceable teaching model for laboratory medicine internship training and has certain reference value for improving interns’ critical thinking and practical abilities.更多还原
