【摘要】 目的 探讨以问题为中心的带教模式（problem-based learning, PBL）结合问题教学模式在血管外科临床教学中的价值。方法 选取2023年11月—2024年9月诸城市人民医院血管外科58名临床实习生为研究对象，按照教学方法不同分为两组，各29名。对照组采用传统方法教学，观察组在对照组基础上采用PBL结合问题教学模式。比较两组临床教学效果、综合能力水平及教学满意度。结果 观察组带教后教学质量总分为（96.18±3.21）分，高于对照组（92.18±2.69）分，差异有统计学意义（t=5.143,P<0.05）。观察组带教后综合能力评分均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P均<0.05）。观察组教学满意度均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P均<0.05）。结论 PBL教学模式用于血管外科临床教学中效果良好，能提升教学质量，提高实习生综合能力，且教学满意度较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the value of problem-based learning(PBL) combined with problem teaching model in clinical teaching of vascular surgery. Methods From November 2023 to September 2024, fifty-eight clinical interns in the Department of Vascular Surgery of Zhucheng People’s Hospital were selected as the research objects. According to different teaching methods, they were divided into two groups, with twenty-nine interns in each group. The control group adopted the traditional teaching method, and the observation group adopted the PBL combined with problem teaching model on the basis of the control group. The clinical teaching effect, comprehensive ability level and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The total score of teaching quality in the observation group was 96.18±3.21, which was higher than 92.18±2.69 in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.143, P<0.05). The scores of comprehensive ability of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05). The teaching satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The PBL teaching mode has a good effect in the clinical teaching of vascular surgery. It can improve the teaching quality, enhance the comprehensive ability of interns, and the teaching satisfaction is relatively high.更多还原
