【摘要】 目的 探索人文教育结合超声医学案例教学在临床专业学位研究生培养中的应用价值。方法 选取华北理工大学超声医学专业学位研究生30名作为研究对象。其中2021级～2023级15名为观察组，采用医学人文教育联合案例教学方法；2018级～2020级15名为对照组，采用常规教学方法。分析比较学生人文关怀能力、批判性思维能力测评、教学满意度及年度考核成绩。结果 观察组学生人文关怀能力、批判性思维能力评分与年度考核成绩均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P均<0.05）。观察组教学满意度评分为（114.87±3.27）分，高于对照组的（98.47±5.14）分，差异有统计学意义（t=10.427,P<0.05）。结论 医学人文教育联合案例教学是提升超声医学专业学位研究生综合素质和医学人文素养的有效途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application value of humanistic education combined with ultrasound medical case teaching in the cultivation of clinical professional degree postgraduates. Methods A total of thirty professional degree postgraduates in ultrasonography from North China University of Science and Technology were selected as the research subjects. Among them, fifteen postgraduates from the 2021-2023 academic years(observation group) received medical humanistic education combined with case teaching, while fifteen postgraduates from the 2018-2020 academic years(control group) received conventional teaching. The students’ humanistic care ability, critical thinking ability, teaching satisfaction, and annual assessment scores were analyzed and compared. Results The humanistic care ability, critical thinking ability and annual assessment scores of the students in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05). The teaching satisfaction score of the observation group was 114.87±3.27, significantly higher than that of the control group’s scores of 98.47±5.14, and the difference was statistically significant(t=10.427, P<0.05). Conclusion Medical humanistic education combined with case teaching is an effective approach to improving the comprehensive quality and medical humanistic literacy of professional degree postgraduates in ultrasonography.更多还原
