基于德尔菲法的消毒剂效用评价体系构建与应用
Construction and Application of Disinfectant Utility Evaluation System Based on Delphi Method
【摘要】 目的 构建消毒剂效用评价体系,为指导消毒剂的应用及效用提高提供依据。方法 通过文献研究法构建评价体系指标初稿,采用德尔菲法进行两轮专家咨询确定指标内容及结构,运用层次分析法确定指标权重,应用评价体系对13种预防性和9种疫源地化学消毒剂进行多场景应用,应用TOPSIS法进行综合效用评价。结果 两轮专家咨询的积极系数均为100%,专家权威系数分别为0.8605、0.8630,两轮专家函询的肯德尔和谐系数范围分别为0.211~0.421、0.141~0.506(P均<0.05);最终确定了包括3个一级指标、11个二级指标和58个三级指标的消毒剂效用评价体系;效用评价结果显示,预防性消毒物体表面、空气、手效用最佳消毒剂分别为75%医用酒精、复合双链季铵盐消毒液、吉尔碘。疫源地消毒物体表面、空气效用最佳消毒剂均为3%过氧化氢。结论 本研究构建的效用评价体系具有良好的科学性和可靠性,能为消毒剂的选择、改进及应用提供参考。
【Abstract】 Objective The evaluation system of disinfectant effectiveness was established to provide the basis for guiding the application of disinfectant and improving its effectiveness. Methods The draft index of the evaluation system was constructed by literature research method, and two rounds of expert consultation were conducted by Delphi method to determine the content and structure of the index,and the weight of the index was determined by analytic hierarchy process, the evaluation system was applied to 13 kinds of preventive and 9 kinds of foci chemical disinfectants in multiple scenarios, and TOPSIS method was applied to evaluate the comprehensive effectiveness. Results The positive coefficients of the two rounds of expert consultation were 100%, the expert authority coefficients were 0.8605and 0.8630, and the ranges of Kendall’s coefficient of concordance for the two rounds of expert consultation are 0.211-0.421 and 0.141-0.506(P<0.05). A disinfectant efficacy evaluation system consisting of 3 primary indexes, 11 secondary indexes and 58 tertiary indexes was finally established. The results of utility evaluation show that the best disinfectants for preventive disinfection of surfaces, air and hands were 75% medical alcohol, compound double-chain quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant and Giliodine,respectively, while the best disinfectants for disinfecting surfaces and air from epidemic focus were 3% hydrogen peroxide. At the same time, it was found that the disinfection effect and utility evaluation of chlorine-containing and peracetic acid disinfectants were inconsistent, all showed high disinfection level but low efficacy evaluation. Conclusion The system established in this study has good scientificity and reliability, and can provide reference for the selection,improvement and application of disinfectants.
