【摘要】 青岛大学采用系科合一的教学模式，将临床与教学紧密结合，以提高医学生的实际操作能力和临床知识储备。在该模式下，临床免疫学检验课程全面强化实践课程与理论课程设置，通过实验教学、案例教学、多媒体教学等多种教学方法灵活授课。采用一对一临床导师制，培养学生的临床生物安全与科研意识。然而，系科合一模式也存在诸如临床授课老师精力有限、教学经验交流不足等问题。解决这些问题仍需持续不断改革和探索新的教学方法，以培养更优秀的检验人才。更多还原

【Abstract】 Qingdao University adopts the teaching mode of integrating departments and disciplines, closely combining clinical practice with teaching, in order to improve the practical operation ability and clinical knowledge reserve of medical students. Under this mode, the course clinical immunology testingcomprehensively strengthens the setting of practical and theoretical courses, and flexibly teaches through various teaching methods such as experimental teaching, case teaching, and multimedia teaching. A one-on-one clinical mentorship system is adopted to cultivate students’ awareness of clinical biosafety and scientific research. However, the departmental integration model also has problems such as limited energy of clinical instructors and insufficient exchange of teaching experience. To solve these problems, continuous reform and exploration of new teaching methods are still needed to cultivate more outstanding inspection talents.更多还原
