未来社区视域下城市社区异质性的演化逻辑与治理创新

【摘要】 未来社区作为城市发展的创新实践,因技术、绿色、共享等创新要素而催生异质性的新内涵,其内部异质性是创新扩散过程中的必然现象。从创新扩散理论视角系统剖析了社区场域在居民技术接受度、低碳行动及共享空间三大维度上的异质性演化逻辑。这些异质性一方面是数字排斥、治理碎片化与群际冲突的根源,另一方面,若引导得宜则可成为社区创新、韧性与包容性的源泉。未来社区治理须实现从管理差异到利用差异的理念革新,构建“精准识别、分类动员、组合干预”的治理模式,将异质性转化为推动社区包容性发展的内生动力。

【Abstract】 As an innovative practice in urban development, the internal heterogeneity of future communities is an inevitable phenomenon in the process of innovation diffusion. Using the Diffusion of Innovations theory as a framework, this paper identifies three key dimensions of heterogeneity in future communities: residents’ technology acceptance, participation in low-carbon behaviors and the utilization of shared spaces. This heterogeneity presents both challenges and value:if mismanaged, it can lead to digital exclusion, governance fragmentation and intergroup conflicts; if properly guided, it can become a source of community innovation and resilience. Community governance must undergo a paradigm shift from merely managing differences to actively leveraging them. It is essential to construct a governance innovation model characterized by "precise identification, categorized mobilization and combined interventions". Through the synergistic evolution of concepts, mechanisms and tools, heterogeneity can be transformed into an endogenous driver promoting the inclusive development of communities.
