大模型时代的科研范式重构:迈向智能化知识生产体系

【摘要】 人工智能大模型技术的崛起,正在重塑科学研究范式,推动知识生产方式、科研组织形态与创新模式发生深刻变革。文章从科研范式演进的历史脉络出发,分析大模型赋能下科研新范式的主要特征,研判大模型对科研工作者、科学研究过程、科研基础设施以及科学成果应用与传播的深层次影响。基于大模型与科学研究深度融合的发展趋势,提出打造面向智能协同的科研基础设施与大模型生态、构建开放协同与柔性化的科研共同体、完善智能化科研的政策体系与评价机制、强化科研伦理与智能系统治理体系等系统布局建设智能化知识生产体系的路径与对策,为理解大模型时代科研范式重构的内在逻辑与未来趋势提供理论框架与实践指引。

【Abstract】 The rise of large model technology in artificial intelligence is reshaping the scientific research paradigm and promoting profound changes in the way of knowledge production, scientific research organization and innovation model.Starting from the historical context of the evolution of scientific research paradigm, this paper analyzes the main characteristics of the new scientific research paradigm enabled by large models and examines the deep impact of large models on scientific researchers, scientific research processes, scientific research infrastructure and the application and dissemination of scientific results. Based on the development trend of deep integration of large models and scientific research, proposes the path and countermeasures for systematic layout and construction of intelligent knowledge production system, such as building scientific research infrastructure and large model ecology for intelligent collaboration, building an open, collaborative and flexible scientific research community, improving the policy system and evaluation mechanism of intelligent scientific research, and strengthening scientific research ethics and intelligent system governance system, so as to provide a theoretical framework and practical guidance for understanding the internal logic and future trends of the reconstruction of scientific research paradigm in the era of large models.
