人工智能赋能高等教育:发展特点、实践案例与风险应对
Artificial intelligence empowering higher education:Features, practical cases and risk mitigation
【摘要】 人工智能技术的快速发展令高等教育正经历深刻变革,同时也面临众多问题与挑战。人工智能在促进个性化学习、智能评估、教学资源优化及科研创新等方面充分展现了提升教育质量和学习效率的潜力,在育人的根本任务上存在“三变三不变”的特点。通过梳理国内外高校人工智能赋能教育的应用案例,展示了人工智能在硬件平台、软件系统、教学规划等方面的实践情况。在广泛应用人工智能时,数据隐私侵犯、数据鸿沟加剧、教师技能缺乏等问题亟待解决。为此,提出包括加强法律法规建设、提高算法透明度、建立多方参与治理机制在内的风险应对策略。研究为实现技术与教育的深度融合,促进教育公平与可持续发展提供参考。
【Abstract】 The rapid development of artificial intelligence(AI) technology is leading higher education through a profound transformation, while simultaneously posing numerous issues and challenges. AI has demonstrated significant potential in enhancing education quality and learning efficiency through personalized learning, intelligent assessment, optimization of teaching resources and research innovation. Amidst these changes, there are "three variables and three constants" in the fundamental mission of educating students. By reviewing application cases of AI in education from universities worldwide,this paper presents practical implementations of AI in hardware platforms, software systems and instructional planning.While AI is widely adopted, issues such as data privacy violations, widening data divides and inadequate teacher skills urgently need to be addressed. To this end, risk mitigation strategies, including strengthening legal and regulatory frameworks, enhancing algorithm transparency and establishing multi-stakeholder governance mechanisms, are proposed.This research offers suggestions for achieving deep integration of technology and education, promoting educational equity and fostering sustainable development.
