【摘要】 为研究地方高校师范生乡村学校任教意愿的影响因素，本研究对H省普通地方本科高校的6 546名师范生开展了调研。研究发现：1）高校中服务地方目标的明确性、课程设置的地域性、实践教学的地域性、学校文化导向的地域性和就业指导课程的地域性对地方高校师范生乡村任教意愿有着显著的正相关影响。2）高校内部的不同因素对地方高校师范生乡村任教意愿有着不同的影响力。因此，为更好地促进地方高校师范生到乡村学校任教，可以通过构建“趋乡村化”特色人才培养模式，培养热爱为乡村建设和服务的师范生；通过加强高校就业指导课程的地域性，增强师范生乡村任教的意愿；通过发挥高校文化的灵魂导向作用，激发学生建设乡村的“反哺”意识。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to study the influencing factors of teachers’ willingness to teach in rural schools of local colleges and universities, this study conducted an investigation on 6546 teachers’ students from ordinary local undergraduate colleges and universities in H Province. The research finds that:(1)The clarity of serving local goals in colleges and universities, the regionality of curriculum setting, the regionality of practical teaching, the regionality of school culture orientation and the regionality of employment guidance courses have a significant positive correlation effect on the rural teaching willingness of local normal university students.(2)Different factors within colleges and universities have different influences on the willingness of local normal university students to teach in rural areas. Therefore, in order to better promote teachers ’students of local colleges and universities to teach in rural schools, we can cultivate teachers’ students who love rural construction and service by building a talent training model with "rural orientation" characteristics; By strengthening the regionality of the employment guidance courses in colleges and universities, the willingness of normal students to teach in rural areas can be enhanced; By giving full play to the soul guiding role of university culture, we can stimulate students ’awareness of "back feeding" in building the countryside.更多还原
