【Abstract】 Tackling climate change constitutes a vital aspect of ecological conservation, serving as both a fundamental norm in environmental rule of law and a cornerstone of environmental law research. In terms of knowledge content, climate law not only forms the core application domain of environmental law’s precautionary principle but also represents a pivotal pathway to promote green and low-carbon development. To ensure coherence within the knowledge system, it is imperative to integrate climate law into the disciplinary system of environmental law.
