【摘要】 廉洁丝绸之路建设旨在促进经贸合作与廉洁合规深度融合，助推全方位互联互通，为高质量共建“一带一路”服务保障，推动其走深走实。此举主要基于对高质量共建“一带一路”目标要求的响应，及有效防范化解“一带一路”廉洁合规风险的现实考量。中国通过对接型、嵌入型、引领型三种塑造模式，推进廉洁丝绸之路建设，向世界提供国际廉洁公共产品，彰显了负责任发展中大国的廉洁作为与担当。展望未来，需以系统思维推动廉洁丝绸之路建设集成创新，强化“一带一路”参与企业境外廉洁合规风险的全周期管理、健全完善廉洁丝绸之路合作机制、协调推进廉洁丝绸之路“硬联通”“软联通”“心联通”,将廉洁丝绸之路建设引向纵深。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Clean Silk Road construction promotes the deep integration of economic and trade cooperation with integrity and compliance, boosts all-round connectivity and provides support and guarantees for high-quality Belt and Road cooperation to move forward in a substantive and practical manner.The construction of the Clean Silk Road is primarily based on aligning with the objectives and requirements of high-quality Belt and Road Initiative development, as well as addressing the practical considerations of effectively preventing and mitigating integrity and compliance risks associated with the Belt and Road Initiative.Through alignment-based shaping, embedded shaping and leading-based shaping, China has promoted the Clean Silk Road construction, providing the world with international integrity governance public goods, demonstrating the clean governance practices and duties of a responsible major developing country.Looking ahead, to promote integrated innovation in building the Clean Silk Road through systematic thinking, we should focus on all-time governance of overseas integrity and compliance risk management for enterprises, improvement of cooperation mechanisms, as well as “hard connectivity”,“soft connectivity”,and “people-to-people connectivity”,to further advance the Clean Silk Road construction.更多还原
