无连系梁内嵌耳式企口混凝土剪力墙试验研究

【摘要】 针对现有的嵌入式剪力墙存在墙柱节点较弱且设置连系梁导致施工周期增加的问题,提出企口加强型无连系梁嵌入式剪力墙,即在耳式槽口处点焊纵筋并移除连系梁,设计制作3个缩尺比例为1∶3的试件进行拟静力试验,在试件顶部施加低周往复荷载,研究试件的裂缝发展、破坏形态和滞回曲线等抗震性能。结果表明:在弹性阶段结构装配式节点未出现肉眼可见裂缝,塑性阶段预制墙板两侧出现大量竖向和斜向裂缝,破坏阶段墙柱节点裂缝发展缓慢。相较于有连系梁内嵌剪力墙的试验结果,企口加强型无连系梁内嵌剪力墙有较好的抗震性能,能缩短施工周期和减少湿作业量。

【Abstract】 In response to the problem of weak wall-column joints and increased construction period caused by the installation of connecting beams in existing embedded shear walls, a reinforced embedded ear-type groove shear wall without connecting beams was proposed, which involved spot welding the longitudinal bar at ear-type groove and removes the connecting beam.Three 1∶3 scaled specimens were designed for pseudo-static experiment.Low-cycle reversed loading was applied at the top of specimens to study their seismic performance, including crack propagation, failure modes, and hysteresis loops.The results indicate that no visible cracks appear in the prefabricated joints during the elastic stage.In the plastic stage, a large number of vertical and diagonal cracks develope on both sides of the precast wall panels, while crack propagation at the wall-column joints are slow in the failure stage.Compared with embedded shear walls with connecting beams, the reinforced ear-type groove embedded shear wall demonstrates better seismic performance, reduces construction time, and minimizes wet construction work.
