【Abstract】 Shandong’s red culture is of great value in the construction of a strong cultural province. It helps promote the highquality economic development of Shandong, enhance Shandong’s cultural soft power, and promote the core socialist values. The integration of Shandong’s red culture into the construction of a strong cultural province has advantages such as rich red culture resources, a solid regional development foundation, and good cultural development opportunities. There is also room for improvement in systematically deepening the academic interpretation, further highlighting regional characteristics, and strengthening external publicity and exchanges.
