【摘要】 该文旨在探究湄公河国家来滇留学生满意度及提升策略。基于实证研究的范式，以云南省8所省属重点高校的湄公河国家留学为调查对象，并通过描述性分析、秩和检验分析、多元线性回归分析等方法，对调查问卷所获取的数据进行了统计分析。数据分析结果表明，留学生满意度水平介于一般和满意之间，总体倾向于满意；不同维度及不同群体留学生满意度存在显著差异。校园文化、学习体验、个人发展对总体满意度具有显著的预测作用，学习体验和总体满意度对认可度具有显著的预测作用。基于调查结果，应注意补齐留学生教育服务短板，重视来滇留学教育服务的育人性，完善管理体系、加强文化认同，优化奖学金政策，以进一步提升留学生满意度水平，推动留学教育事业的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article aims to explore the satisfaction of international students from Mekong River countries coming to Yunnan and the improvement strategies. Based on the paradigm of empirical research, the study-abroad students from Mekong countries in eight provincial key universities in Yunnan Province were taken as the investigation objects. Through methods such as descriptive analysis, rank sum test analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis, the data obtained from the questionnaire were statistically analyzed. The results of data analysis show that the satisfaction level of international students is between average and satisfied, and generally tends to be satisfied. There are significant differences in the satisfaction of international students from different dimensions and among different groups. Campus culture, learning experience and personal development have significant predictive effects on overall satisfaction, while learning experience and overall satisfaction have significant predictive effects on recognition. Based on the survey results, efforts should be made to address the shortcomings in international student education services, attach importance to the educational nature of international students in Yunnan, improve the management system, enhance cultural identity, and optimize scholarship policies, so as to further increase the satisfaction level of international students and promote the development of the international student education cause.更多还原
