【摘要】 文章基于建构主义学习理论和价值教育理论，设计了由产教协同、思政育人和质量保障三大系统构成的模式架构，提出了“需求对接-资源整合-过程协同-价值内化”的运行机制。通过校企协同育人、实践教学体系重构、教学资源平台建设等实施路径，以及“四维一体”思政元素体系和“案例渗透-项目承载-环境熏陶”三阶融入法的创新应用，有效提升了学生的专业技能、实践能力和职业素养，为高职院校深化教育教学改革提供了有益借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on constructivist learning theory and value education theory, this study designs a model framework comprising three systems: industry-education collaboration, ideological-political education, and quality assurance. An operational mechanism of “demand alignment—resource integration—process coordination—value internalization” is proposed. Through implementation pathways such as school-enterprise collaborative education, restructuring practical teaching systems, and constructing teaching resource platforms, along with innovative applications of a “four-dimensional integration” ideological-political element system and a three-stage integration method(“case permeation—project implementation—environmental cultivation”), students’ professional skills, practical abilities, and vocational quality have been effectively enhanced.
