【摘要】 围绕双边关系对中国企业海外投资受阻的影响，使用2006—2022年中国企业海外投资数据进行实证分析。研究发现，友好的双边关系能显著降低中国企业海外投资受阻程度，国际舆论的积极导向能强化这一效果，而国际舆论的消极导向对此没有显著影响。进一步研究发现，优化制度环境、对冲经济风险和缓解信息不对称是双边关系改善中国企业海外投资受阻情况的作用路径，而改善效果在非“一带一路”国家、发展中国家以及高绿地投资中更为显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper conducts an empirical analysis using data on Chinese enterprises’ overseas investment from 2006 to 2022, focusing on the impact of bilateral relations on the blockage of Chinese enterprises’ overseas investment. Our study finds that friendly bilateral relations can significantly reduce the degree of obstacles of Chinese enterprises’ overseas investment, and the positive orientation of international public opinion can strengthen this effect, while the negative orientation of international public opinion has no significant impact on it. Further analysis finds that optimize the institutional environment, hedging economic risks, and alleviating information asymmetry are the pathways through which bilateral relations can improve the situation of obstacles of Chinese enterprises’ overseas investment, and the improvement effect is more significant in non-Belt and Road countries, developing countries and high greenbelt investment.更多还原
