城市轨道交通用微孔橡胶垫板胶料混炼工艺研究
Study on Mixing Process of Microcellular Rubber Pad for Urban Rail Transit
【摘要】 研究了发泡剂添加方式和混炼工艺对EPDM微孔橡胶垫板性能的影响。结果表明:在发泡剂直接混合法、母胶法和白炭黑负载法中,母胶法制备的胶料综合性能最佳,压延效应小且泡孔均匀;在开炼机混炼、密炼机一段混炼、密炼机二段混炼和密炼机逆混法中,密炼机二段混炼法制备的胶料综合性能最优,其力学性能和静刚度均满足制品要求。
【Abstract】 The effects of foaming agent addition methods and mixing processes on the properties of EPDM microcellular rubber cushion plates were studied. The results showed that among direct mixing method, masterbatch method, and silica loading method, the masterbatch method provided the best comprehensive properties with minimal rolling effect and uniform bubble structure. Among open mill mixing, two-stage mixer mixing, reverse mixing method, and other processes, the two-stage mixer mixing method provided optimal comprehensive properties, satisfying both mechanical performance and static stiffness requirements for the products.
