超大直径盾构隧道穿越大型综合交通枢纽方案研究与比选

【摘要】 结合北京东六环超大直径盾构隧道穿越城市综合交通枢纽工程实践,以保障安全、技术可靠、衔接有序、工期匹配为总原则,综合考虑施工风险、建筑使用功能、工筹工期及工程投资等因素,对两个工程采用“分离式”或“共构式”不同结构形式以及“先枢纽后盾构”或“先盾构后枢纽”不同施工组织方式等进行研究比选。经综合比选,推荐采用“分离式”结构形式且按照“先枢纽后盾构”施工组织方式的方案。该方案施工风险总体可控,技术安全可行,更有利于保障交通枢纽及东六环盾构段隧道的安全与质量,且不影响两个工程的建筑使用功能及总体工期,造价最低,具备可实施性。本比选论证过程可供类似工程借鉴参考。

【Abstract】 Based on the practice of super large diameter shield tunnel in the East Sixth Ring Road passing through the comprehensive transportation in Beijing’s urban sub center,with the overall principles of ensuring safety,technical reliability,orderly connection and matching construction period,and considering factors such as construction risks,use function,construction period,and project investment,structural forms such as "separation" or "co construction" and construction organization methods such as "hub-first,shield-later" or "shieldfirst,hub-later" were studied and compared.After comparison,it was recommended to adopt a " separated" structural form and follow the construction organization method of "hub-first,shield-later".The overall construction risk of this plan is controllable,which is more conducive to ensuring the safety and quality of the hub and the shield tunnel,and does not affect the use function and the overall construction period of the two projects.It has the lowest cost and feasibility,and can be used as a reference for similar projects.
