考虑结构调整的加权k/N系统视情维修决策
Condition-based Maintenance Decision for Weighted k-out-of-N System Considering Structural Adjustment
【摘要】 加权k/N系统是提高系统可靠性经常采用的冗余结构。由于系统累积权重空间维数大,且对于同一累计权重可能存在不止一种组合,增加了加权k/N系统视情维修建模的复杂性。考虑到退化程度相同的设备在系统不同位置对系统的可靠性影响不同,可通过调整退化设备位置改善系统可靠性。以系统累积权重为预防维修阈值,提出了考虑结构调整的预防维修策略,运用马尔可夫决策过程构建了在可用度约束下长期平均期望成本最小的视情维修决策模型。以PLC控制系统为对象进行实验,结果表明系统维修成本在多数情形下降低了约3%~10%.
【Abstract】 The weighted k-out-of-N system is a redundant structure often used to improve system reliability.Due to the large dimension of the cumulative weight space of the system and the possibility of more than one combination for the same cumulative weight, the complexity of the condition-based maintenance modeling of the weighted system is increased.Considering that devices with the same condition of degradation have different impacts on system reliability at different locations of the system, the system reliability can be improved by adjusting the locations of degraded devices.In this paper, we introduce a preventive maintenance strategy considering structural adjustment with the cumulative weight of the system as the preventive maintenance threshold, and the Markov decision process theory(MDP)is used to construct a condition-based maintenance decision-making model with minimizing the long-term average expected cost under the constraint of availability.PLC control system is taken as a case for experiment.The results show the system maintenance cost can be reduced about 3%~10% in most cases.
