身体—技术的双向规训:大学生运动智能可穿戴设备日常化的质性研究
Bidirectional Body-Technology Regulation: Routine Research of Smart Sports Wearable Devices of College Students
【摘要】 随着科技的不断进步和创新,智能可穿戴设备等新兴技术正逐步嵌入人们的日常生活之中,特别是在大学生群体中,这一趋势尤为显著。基于规训理论,以智能可穿戴设备中最具代表性的智能手表/手环在大学生运动及生活场景中的应用为切入点,探讨身体—技术之间的双向互动关系。采用访谈法和参与式观察法,运用Nvivo对访谈内容进行编码分析,发现技术与身体在动态环境中的互动呈现出一种相互规训的特点。以智能手表/手环为代表的智能媒介不仅在技术与身体之间起到了连接的作用,也在个体与社会之间建立了桥梁。在身体与技术的双向互动过程中,我们既要注重媒介的自主性,又要重新审视人之于媒介的自主性,理解身体与技术间动态互动的本质,对于维持人与技术创新间的和谐至关重要。这种平衡的维持,对于促进个体的全面发展和提升社会的整体福祉具有重要意义。
【Abstract】 With the continuous progress and innovation of science and technology, emerging technologies such as smart wearable devices gradually came into people’s daily life, especially among college students, this trend is particularly significant. Based on the theory of regulation, the application of the most representative smart watch/bracelet among smart wearable devices in college students’ sports and life scenarios is taken as an entry point to explore the two-way interactive relationship between body and technology. Adopting the interview method and participant observation method, and using Nvivo to code and analyze the interviews, it is found that the interaction between technology and body in dynamic environments presents a mutual regulation. The smart media represented by smart watches/bracelets not only play a connecting role between technology and the body, but also build a bridge between the individual and society. In the process of two-way interaction between body and technology, it is important to focus on the autonomy of the medium as well as revisit the autonomy of people in the medium, and to understand the nature of the dynamic interaction between the body and technology, which is crucial for maintaining the harmony between human beings and technological innovations.
