【摘要】 在对过去以缺乏视角为导向的社区嵌入式服务设施建设经验的回顾中，发现由于建设过程过度依赖外部力量而忽视对在地力量培育与居民主体性发挥、重视硬件建设而忽视软件建设、注重自上而下的上层设计而忽视自下而上的基层参与，过度依赖市场而忽视社区参与，以及社区建设缺乏社区内与社区间的整合式设计，导致建设的服务设施存在脱嵌和不可持续等问题。资产视角则提供了一种新的行动思路，通过资产视角与缺乏视角有机融合、“软硬兼施”“上下协同”“公私协力”和“联合社区”打造等方法，促进服务设施建设与社区相互嵌合。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through analyzing the experiences of building community embedded service facilities guided by the deficiency perspective,this study identifies five systemic flaws contributing to structural disintegration and unsustainable outcomes: 1)over-reliance on external forces,neglect of cultivating local forces and stimulating residents’ subjectivity; 2) emphasis on hardware construction and neglect of software construction; 3) emphasis on top-down upper design and neglect of bottom-up grass-roots participation; 4) emphasis on marketization operation; 5) neglect of integrated thinking. The assetbased perspective provides a new constructive idea which gives suggestions on promoting the combination of the assetbased perspective and the deficiency perspective,paying attention to software construction as much as to hardware construction,attaching importance to government planning and community participation,emphasizing the public attribute of service facility construction in market operation,building a united community. Through these actions,the embedded service facilities and the community system are interlinked.更多还原
