工况对NR/BR硫化胶疲劳性能的影响

【摘要】 系统地研究了不同工况对顺丁橡胶(BR)共混改性天然橡胶(NR)复合材料疲劳性能的影响,并分别考察了各工况条件与共混比的耦合作用对橡胶复合材料疲劳寿命的影响。研究结果表明:随环境温度升高,NR/BR橡胶复合材料的疲劳寿命有所降低,然而随着BR含量的增加,疲劳寿命延长,且当BR含量较高时温度对疲劳寿命的负面影响减小;随着拉伸频率的增加,疲劳寿命延长,随着BR含量的增加,疲劳寿命也有一定增长,且当BR含量较高时提高频率可以进一步延长疲劳寿命;随拉伸应变的减小,疲劳寿命增加,随BR含量的增加,疲劳寿命增加,且当BR含量较高时,降低应变可以显著延长疲劳寿命。

【Abstract】 In this study,the fatigue performance of butadiene rubber(BR)-modified natural rubber(NR)composites was systematically investigated under various operating conditions,with particular focus on the coupling effects between these conditions and the BR/NR blending ratio on the resulting fatigue life.The results indicate that increasing the ambient temperature diminishes the fatigue life of NR/BR composites,whereas a higher BR content mitigates this adverse effect and prolongs the overall fatigue life.In addition,elevating the tensile frequency leads to extended fatigue life,and again,increased BR content further enhances this benefit;notably,at sufficiently high BR levels,additional increases in frequency can significantly prolong fatigue life.Finally,reducing tensile strain improves fatigue life,and higher BR content amplifies this effect,demonstrating a marked synergy between blending ratio,strain amplitude,and operating conditions in enhancing the fatigue performance of NR/BR composites.
