小世界社交网络视域下群体极化风险防治——以高校图书馆读者社群工作为例
Small-World Network-Based Group Polarization Risk Prevention and Control: A Case Study of Reader Community Work in University Libraries
【摘要】 随着社交媒介逐渐成为主流信息平台,信息茧房背景下的舆情群体极化现象随时可能因公共危机事件而触发。大学生作为社交媒介的深度用户,受信息茧房和群体极化的危害也较为显著。如何在高校局部信息场域有效防治群体极化便成为一个重要议题。立足于小世界社交网络视域,辨析高校图书馆在舆情危机时引导大学生情绪的工作机制,并基于图书馆读者社群工作提出防治舆情群体极化的策略。
【Abstract】 As social media gradually becomes the mainstream information platform, the polarization of public opinion groups in the context of information cocoons may be triggered by public crisis events at any time.College students, as in-depth users of social media, are also significantly affected by information cocoons and group polarization.Effectively preventing group polarization within the universities’ local information environment has become an important issue.This paper analyzes the working mechanism of university libraries to guide college students’ responses to public opinion crises from the perspective of small-world networks, and proposes strategies to prevent and control the polarization of public opinion groups based on the reader community work in libraries.
