高校图书馆跨学科服务发展的路径与策略研究
Research on Development Paths and Strategies of Interdisciplinary Services in University Libraries
【摘要】 在学科交叉融合的学术环境下,高校图书馆应充分发挥其作为知识枢纽的地位与优势,更好地支持跨学科学术发展。文章首先厘清高校图书馆跨学科服务的内涵,以19所“双一流”高校图书馆为研究对象,从业务类型与发展层次两个维度进行交叉分析,揭示其始于保障、进步于拓展与融合,最终迈向多元创新的发展路径,及作为多学科知识枢纽助力跨学科学术发展的创新方向。然后,提出拓展资源范围及优化资源关联以孕育跨知识沃土、整合要素搭建及交流传播公共空间以激发跨学科思想碰撞、创设服务场景及营造学术生态以优化跨学科知识枢纽效用、参与和支持跨学科研究范式发展以推动跨学科知识创新的策略。希望有助于深化高校图书馆本质属性、学科服务与知识服务理论,为高校图书馆在既有业务条件基础上通过跨学科服务创新支持学科交叉融合发展提供参考。
【Abstract】 In the context of interdisciplinary academic integration, university libraries should fully leverage their roles and advantages as knowledge hubs to better support interdisciplinary academic development.This study first clarifies the definition of interdisciplinary services in university libraries and conducts a cross analysis of 19 “Double First-Class” university libraries from two dimensions: service types and development levels.It reveals the development path that starts from assurance, progresses through expansion and integration, ultimately, leads to diversified innovation and identifies the innovative directions for multidisciplinary knowledge hubs in fostering interdisciplinary academic development.Furthermore, it proposes strategies such as expanding resources scope and optimizing resources connections to cultivate a fertile ground for interdisciplinary knowledge; integrating elements and establishing communication platforms to stimulate interdisciplinary ideas transformation; creating service scenarios and fostering academic ecosystems to enhance the effectiveness of interdisciplinary knowledge hubs; and participating in and supporting the development of interdisciplinary research paradigms to drive interdisciplinary knowledge innovation.The study deepens the understanding of the theories related to the essential attributes, disciplinary services, and knowledge services of university libraries.It also provides a reference for university libraries to support interdisciplinary integration through innovative services within existing operational frameworks.
