【Abstract】 The research adopts the methods of literature review and logical analysis, taking Tangshan Normal University as a case study, to construct a three-dimensional integrated teacher ethics training model of “goal content implementation”. By aligning with certification standards, relying on certification rectification and the “Red Sports+Teacher Ethics” inheritance plan, we aim to achieve goal oriented physical education, curriculum based content, and implement digital collaboration between schools. This will significantly enhance the professional identity, moral education integration, and ethical literacy of normal university students in preventing sports risks. We will provide replicable paradigms for local normal universities and assist in the construction of a team of physical education teachers who combine moral and technical education.更多还原
