【Abstract】 [Purpose/Significance] Culture is an important ecological factor in ensuring the healthy development of the digital archives ecosystem. Cultural governance is an important component of the digital archives ecosystem governance system. It is necessary to align with the national cultural digitalization development strategy, leverage the cultural functions of digital archives, and help enhance the country’s cultural soft power. [Method/Process] This paper focused on the goal of national cultural digital transformation. Based on cultural governance theory, it elaborated and analyzed its connotation and characteristics in the digital archives ecosystem. By innovating the cultural governance model of the digital archives ecosystem, it explored cultural governance strategies for it. [Result/Conclusion] Focusing on the innovative development of digital archives culture, it is necessary to increase the supply of archives culture system, strengthen the construction of archives culture resources, accelerate the application of archives culture technology, promote the development of archives culture products, cultivate the alliance of digital archives culture industry clusters.
