【摘要】 [目的/意义]新兴技术的盛行使图书馆面临着严峻挑战与崭新机遇，针对新兴技术对图书馆用户服务的影响力展开评价，能够帮助图书馆更有效地利用新兴技术为其服务赋能，为图书馆数智化转型提供充分的理论支撑与实践依据。[方法 /过程]通过文献调研及案例调查，阐述生成式人工智能、虚拟现实、增强现实、元宇宙与数字孪生、智能物联网、5G通信等主流新兴技术对图书馆用户服务的影响现状及趋势，基于此，以广度、深度、强度、持久度与及时度5个维度对主流新兴技术对图书馆用户服务的影响力进行系统化的评价。[结果 /结论 ]生成式人工智能及虚拟现实技术的影响在5个维度均达到较高水平，对于图书馆用户服务存在关键影响。图书馆应当额外关注此类核心技术，充分利用其进行服务转型尝试；也应积极通过影响力评价识别新兴技术特点，合理进行有针对性的实践规划，不断推进用户服务的创新发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Purpose/Significance] With the prevalence of emerging technologies, libraries are facing serious challenges and new opportunities. Evaluating the impact of these technologies on library user services can help libraries make more effective use of them to empower their services, and provide sufficient theoretical support and practical basis for the digital intelligence transformation of libraries. [Method/Process] This paper analyzed the present and future impact of mainstream emerging technologies such as generative artificial intelligence, virtual reality, augmented reality, metaverse and digital twins, artificial intelligence of things, and 5G on library user service through literature review and case study. And it systematically evaluated the impact of emerging technologies on library user service in five dimensions: breadth, depth, strength, persistence, and timeliness. [Result/Conclusion]The impact of generative artificial intelligence and virtual reality reaches a high level in all five dimensions and plays a key role on library user service. Libraries should pay close attention to such core technologies and make full use of them for the transformation. Libraries should also actively identify the characteristics of emerging technologies through impact evaluation, reasonably carry out targeted plans, and continuously promote the innovative development of user service.更多还原
