中间相沥青基炭纤维复合材料应用展望
Application prospect of mesophase pitch based carbon fiber composites
【摘要】 中间相沥青基炭纤维具有超高导热、超高模量、高强度、高导电、抗蠕变、低热膨胀系数、吸波、轻质等诸多优异性能,具有广阔的应用前景。本文概述了中间相沥青基炭纤维的生产工艺、性能和结构特点及国内外研发现状等,并介绍了目前中间相沥青基炭纤维在卫星、高超声速飞行器和隐身技术等方面的应用情况,对我国中间相沥青基炭纤维未来在高端领域的应用做出了展望。
【Abstract】 Mesophase pitch based carbon fibers(MPCF) have many excellent properties such as ultra-high thermal conductivity, ultra-high modulus, high strength, high conductivity, creep resistance, low coefficient of thermal expansion, absorption, and lightweight, and have broad application prospects.This review provides an overview of the production process, performance, and structural characteristics of mesophase pitch based carbon fibers, as well as the current research and development status at home and abroad.It also introduces the current application of MPCF in satellites, hypersonic aircraft, and stealth technology, and prospects to the future application of MPCF in high-end fields in China.
