六类滨河休憩空间的视觉偏好与恢复性差异研究
Research on Visual Preferences and Restoration Differences of Six Types of Riverside Recreation Spaces
【摘要】 滨河休憩空间是生活在城市中的人们缓解精神压力的重要场所。现有研究缺乏滨河休憩空间对公众环境感知偏好与心理、生理恢复机制的深度解析。以长沙市浏阳河东岸风光带为案例,以其中的6类休憩空间为研究对象,通过桌面式眼动仪和SRRS自评恢复量表探究不同类型景观空间的视觉偏好及恢复性影响。研究发现:被试者在主观感知上对于人造景观空间如建筑广场空间、道路平台空间等具有更高的偏好性,并且认为该类型场地中开展行为活动是更好的选择。道路平台与建筑广场两空间具有较高的眼球刺激度与吸引力。因此得出建议:1)在未来的滨河景观绿带设计中,应当以空间多样性为设计原则,同时扩大建筑广场空间与广场空间的建设比例。2)在滨河绿带景观设计中,主游步道每km设置3~4处面积100~200㎡不等的异质广场空间,每50~80 m设置1处面积20~30 m~2的滨水平台,配备休憩座椅的并保证至少30%植被遮阴率与可直观的草地空间。
【Abstract】 Riverside recreational spaces are important places for urban residents to relieve mental stress. The existing research lacks a deep analysis of the public’s environmental perception preferences and psychological and physiological recovery mechanisms associated with riverside recreational spaces. This study took the scenic belt on the east bank of Liuyang River in Changsha City as the research object, and used six types of recreational spaces as research materials to explore visual preferences and restorative effects across different landscape types through desktop eye-tracking and the SRRS self-assessment recovery scale. The study found that participants showed a higher subjective preference for artificial landscape spaces such as building plazas and road platforms, and considered these types of venues more suitable for conducting behavioral activities. Road platforms and building square s also elicited high levels of visual stimulation and attraction. Therefore, it is suggested that future designs of riverside landscape green belts should adopt spatial diversity as a guiding principle, and increase the proportion of building plaza and platform spaces. Specifically, in the landscape design of riverside green belts, it is recommended to arrange 3~4 heterogeneous plaza spaces(each 100~200 m~2) per kilometer along the main trail, and to provide one waterfront platform(20 ~30 m~2) every 50 ~80 meters, equipped with rest seats,ensuring at least 30% vegetation shade and maintaining open grassland areas.
