【摘要】 基于对中国家庭儿童玩具闲置和资源浪费问题的思考，应用扎根理论和层次分析法相结合的方法，探究可持续玩具共享服务设计。通过用户访谈获取原始资料并应用扎根理论进行三级译码，得到38个概念、13个范畴、4个主范畴，构建用户体验影响因素模型及其内在逻辑关系。采用层次分析法得到影响因素模型中各指标的权重，针对性地提出设计策略，为服务设计相关研究和儿童玩具共享提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the consideration of the problems of idle children’s toys and resource waste in Chinese families,the combination of grounded theory and analytic hierarchy process is applied to explore the sustainable toy sharing service design.The original data are obtained through user interviews and three-level decoding is carried out by using grounded theory,38 concepts,13 categories and 4 main categories are obtained,and the model of user experience influencing factors and its internal logical relationship are constructed.The analytic hierarchy process is used to obtain the weight of each index in the influencing factor model,and targeted design strategies are proposed,providing reference for service design related research and children’s toy sharing.更多还原
