【摘要】 目的 分析糖尿病并急性脑梗死应用丹参注射液联合阿司匹林治疗的临床疗效及对血小板膜糖蛋白Ⅱb和Ⅲa的影响。方法 便利选取2023年1月—2024年12月安溪县中医院收治64例糖尿病合并急性脑梗死患者，依据治疗方式差异分为对照组与研究组，每组32例。两组均接受降糖治疗，对照组实施常规治疗，研究组实施丹参注射液联合阿司匹林治疗。对比两组脑血流动力学指标、血糖、血小板膜糖蛋白Ⅱb和Ⅲa、神经因子水平、不良反应及临床疗效。结果 治疗后，相比对照组，研究组最小血流速度、最小血流量、神经营养因子、神经生长因子水平、治疗总有效率均较高，空腹血糖、血小板膜糖蛋白Ⅱb、血小板膜糖蛋白Ⅲa水平均较低，差异均有统计学意义（P均<0.05）。相比对照组，研究组不良反应发生率较低，但差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 糖尿病并发急性脑梗死患者采用丹参注射液与阿司匹林联合治疗，可有效优化脑部血液循环，降低血糖及血小板聚集水平，对血小板膜糖蛋白Ⅱb和Ⅲa具有明显的抑制作用，并减少不良反应发生率，从而提升临床治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Danshen Injection combined with aspirin in the treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with acute cerebral infarction and its effect on platelet membrane glycoprotein Ⅱb and Ⅲa. Methods Sixty-four patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with acute cerebral infarction admitted to Anxi County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to December 2024 were conveniently selected and divided into control group and study group according to different treatment methods, with 32 cases in each group. Both groups received hypoglycemic treatment, the control group received routine treatment, and the study group received Danshen Injection combined with aspirin. The cerebral hemodynamic indexes, blood glucose, platelet membrane glycoprotein Ⅱb and Ⅲa, nerve factor levels, adverse reactions and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, compared with the control group, the minimum blood flow velocity, minimum blood flow, neurotrophic factor, nerve growth factor level and total effective rate of treatment in the study group were higher, while the fasting blood glucose, platelet membrane glycoprotein Ⅱb and platelet membrane glycoprotein Ⅲa levels were lower, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the P incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower, but the difference was not statistically significant(>0.05). Conclusion The combination of Danshen Injection and aspirin in patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with acute cerebral infarction can effectively optimize the blood circulation in the brain, significantly reduce the blood glucose and platelet aggregation levels, significantly inhibit the platelet membrane glycoprotein Ⅱb and Ⅲa, and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, thereby improving the clinical treatment effect.更多还原
