【摘要】 目的 研究2型糖尿病伴急性心力衰竭患者联合应用保元汤、达格列净治疗的效果。方法 选取2021年1月—2023年12月昆山市中医医院心血管内科收治的120例2型糖尿病伴急性心力衰竭患者为研究对象，按不同治疗方法分为两组，各60例。对照组予达格列净治疗，在此基础上，观察组加用保元汤治疗。比较两组治疗效果、血糖指标、心功能指标和运动耐力。结果 观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P均<0.05）。治疗后，观察组左室收缩末内径、左室射血分数和左室舒张末内径优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P均<0.05）。治疗后，观察组运动耐力高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对伴急性心力衰竭的2型糖尿病患者采用保元汤辅助达格列净治疗效果确切，能控制血糖水平，改善心功能及提高运动功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of combined application of Baoyuan Decoction and dapagliflozin in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with acute heart failure. Methods A total of 120 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with acute heart failure admitted to the Department of Cardiovascular in Kunshan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with dapagliflozin. On this basis, the observation group was treated with Baoyuan Decoction. The therapeutic effect, blood glucose index, cardiac function index and exercise endurance were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of fasting plasma glucose, 2-hour postprandial plasma glucose and glyclated hemoglobin A1c in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05). After treatment, the left ventricular end-systolic diameter, left ventricular ejection fraction and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05). After treatment, the exercise endurance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Baoyuan Decoction combined with dapagliflozin is effective in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with acute heart failure, which can control blood glucose level, improve cardiac function and motor function.更多还原
