【摘要】 目的 分析妊娠期糖尿病患者接受需求导向式健康教育的效果。方法 回顾性选取2023年3月—2024年11月晋江市医院接诊的116例妊娠期糖尿病患者的临床资料，依据护理模式分对照组和观察组，各58例。两组均常规护理，观察组联合需求导向式健康教育。对比血糖水平及波幅、健康信念、治疗依从性和自我管理认知。结果 干预后两组血糖水平均低于干预前，观察组血糖波幅低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P均<0.05）。干预后观察组健康信念、治疗依从性和自我管理认知高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P均<0.05）。结论 常规护理模式在控制患者血糖方面具有效果，但依旧存在提升空间。联合需求导向式健康教育进一步改善健康信念，提高治疗依从性、自我管理认知，同时降低血糖波幅。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of demand-oriented health education in patients with gestational diabetes. Methods The clinical data of 116 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to Jinjiang Hospital from March 2023 to November 2024 were retrospectively selected and divided into control group and observation group according to nursing mode, with 58 cases in each group. Both groups were given routine nursing, and the observation group was combined with demand-oriented health education. The blood glucose level and amplitude, health belief, treatment compliance and self-management cognition were compared. Results After intervention, the blood glucose levels of the two groups were lower than those before intervention, and the blood glucose amplitude of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05). After intervention, the health belief, treatment compliance and self-management cognition of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05). Conclusion The routine nursing mode has an effect on controlling the blood glucose of patients, but there is still room for improvement. Combined demandoriented health education further improved health beliefs, improved treatment compliance, self-management cognition, and reduced blood glucose amplitude.更多还原
