【摘要】 目的 探讨急性脑梗死合并糖尿病的康复护理方法及临床应用价值。方法 选取2022年1月—2023年6月期间莒县人民医院神经内二科就诊的急性脑梗死合并糖尿病患者，共计90例。以不同护理方法分组，对照组（45例）对应常规护理，观察组（45例）对应康复护理，对比两组的护理满意度、血糖水平和依从性。结果观察组护理满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组干预之后的血糖水平相比干预前均有所下降，观察组更低，差异均有统计学意义（P均<0.05）。观察组依从性高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 康复护理应用于急性脑梗死合并糖尿病患者中，利于调整血糖水平，提高护理满意度与依从性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the rehabilitation nursing method and clinical application value of acute cerebral infarction complicated with diabetes mellitus. Methods From January 2022 to June 2023, a total of 90 patients with acute cerebral infarction complicated with diabetes were selected from the second Department of Neurology of Juxian People’s Hospital. Grouped by different nursing method, the control group(45 cases) corresponded to routine nursing, and the observation group(45 cases) corresponded to rehabilitation nursing. The nursing satisfaction, compliance and blood glucose level of the two groups were compared. Results The observation group showed higher nursing satisfaction than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Post-intervention blood glucose levels decreased in both groups compared to pre-intervention levels, with a more pronounced reduction in the observation group, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05). Patients in the observation group showed greater adherence than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing is applied to patients with acute cerebral infarction complicated with diabetes, which is conducive to adjusting blood glucose levels and improving nursing satisfaction and compliance.更多还原
