【摘要】 目的 分析糖尿病肾病早期诊断中检验血清胱抑素C、视黄醇结合蛋白、尿微量白蛋白、尿β2微球蛋白的价值。方法 回顾性选取2022年1月—2024年5月在常州市武进人民医院就诊的80例糖尿病肾病患者作为研究组，选取同时间段70例糖尿病患者作为对照组。所有患者均检测血清胱抑素C、视黄醇结合蛋白、尿微量白蛋白、尿β2微球蛋白水平，并分析单独及联合检测的诊断结果。结果 研究组血清胱抑素C、视黄醇结合蛋白、尿微量白蛋白、尿β2微球蛋白水平均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P均<0.05）。联合血清胱抑素C、视黄醇结合蛋白、尿β2微球蛋白和尿微量白蛋白诊断糖尿病肾病高于各指标单独诊断，差异均有统计学意义（P均<0.05）。结论 糖尿病肾病早期诊断中血清胱抑素C、视黄醇结合蛋白、尿微量白蛋白、尿β2微球蛋白联合检测的诊断价值优于单一指标检测。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The value of serum cystatin C, retinol binding protein, urinary microalbumin and urinary β2 microglobulin in the early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy was analyzed. Methods A total of 80 patients with diabetic nephropathy who were treated in Changzhou Wujin People’s Hospital from January 2022 to May 2024 were retrospectively selected as the study group, and 70 patients with diabetes at the same time were selected as the control group.The levels of serum cystatin C, retinol binding protein, urinary microalbumin and urinary β2 microglobulin were detected in all patients, and the diagnostic results of single and combined detection were analyzed. Results The levels of serum cystatin C, retinol binding protein, urinary microalbumin and urinary β2 microglobulin in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05). The combination of serum cystatin C, retinol binding protein, urine β2 microglobulin and urine microalbumin in the diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy was higher than that of each index alone, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05). Conclusion The diagnostic value of combined detection of serum cystatin C, retinol binding protein, urinary microalbumin and urinary β2 microglobulin in the early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy is better than that of single index detection.更多还原
