【摘要】 目的 探讨“六味降糖茶”联合二甲双胍治疗气阴两虚型糖尿病患者疗效及安全性。方法 方便选取2023年1月—2024年12月枝江市中医医院内分泌科收治的200例气阴两虚型糖尿病患者为研究对象，以所用治疗方法将其分为对照组（100例）、研究组（100例），两组均行二甲双胍治疗，研究组同时接受“六味降糖茶”治疗。比较两组糖代谢指标、血脂指标变化情况，并评估两组治疗效果及安全性。结果 治疗3个月后，研究组糖代谢指标、血脂指标水平均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P均<0.05）。研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论在口服二甲双胍同时，予以气阴两虚型糖尿病患者“六味降糖茶”治疗，可纠正糖脂代谢异常，提升疗效，且联合疗法安全性高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of "Liuwei Jiangtang tea" combined with metformin in the treatment of diabetic patients with ai-yin deficiency type. Methods From January 2023 to December 2024, 200 diabetic patients with ai-yin deficiency type admitted to the Department of Endocrinology, Zhijiang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of were convenient selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group(100cases) and study group(100 cases) according to the treatment methods used. Both groups were treated with metformin,and the study group was treated with "Liuwei Jiangtang tea" at the same time. The changes of glucose metabolism indexes and blood lipid indexes were compared between the two groups, and the therapeutic effect and safety of the two groups were evaluated. Results After 3 months of treatment, the levels of glucose metabolism index and blood lipid index in the study group were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Taking metformin orally and treating Qi-Yin deficiency type diabetes patients with "Liuwei Jiangtang tea" can correct abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism, improve curative effect, and the combined therapy has high safety.更多还原
