【摘要】 基于利益相关者理论,探讨教育强国背景下高层次学徒制多元主体的角色定位与协同机制。研究聚焦政府、行业协会、企业、职业院校及学生等主体的利益诉求与互动关系,分析德英等国经验,剖析中国本土案例,揭示当前存在的关键矛盾:校企合作中的权责分配争议、学徒权益保障缺失等现实困境。研究提出构建法律保障、成本分担、权益协商的协同治理框架,强调通过制度设计强化企业参与动力、完善双主体培养模式,为推进产教深度融合的高层次技术技能人才培养提供政策路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper explores the role definition and synergistic mechanism of multiple subjects in the high-level apprenticeship under the background of strong country based on the theory of stakeholder.The research focuses on the interest demands and interactive relationships among the main subjects such as government,industry association,enterprise,vocational colleges,and students,by analyzing the experience of Germany,Britain and other countries,and the local cases in China,and reveals the key contradictions existing at present:disputes over and responsibility allocation in school-enterprise cooperation,lack of protection of apprentices ’ rights and interests and other realistic difficulties.The research proposes to build a collaborative governance framework of legal,cost sharing,and rights and interests negotiation,emphasizing strengthening the motivation of enterprise participation and perfecting the dual main body training mode through institutional design,and providing policy paths for promoting deep integration of production and education and training high-level technical and skilled personnel.更多还原
