“双一流”高校全域科普人才培养体系建设路径研究——以南开大学“三聚焦”一体化协同育人模式为例
Research on construction path of holistic science popularization talent training system in “double first-class” universities: taking “three focusing” integrated collaborative education model of Nankai University as an example
【摘要】 科普人才队伍建设是满足人们多元科普需求和实现天津全域科普向纵深发展的重要支撑。“双一流”高校是培养各个行业领军人才的主要阵地,也是孕育高层次科普创新人才的重要场所。阐述南开大学“三聚焦”一体化协同育人模式的创新点,探索“全方位、多层次、立体化”的科普人才培养路径,为全力打造全域科普“软实力”提供战略支撑。
【Abstract】 The construction of a science popularization talent team is an important support for meeting people’s diverse science popularization needs and achieving the deepening development of holistic science popularization throughout Tianjin. “Double first-class” universities are not only the main battlefield for cultivating leading talents in various industries,but also a significant place for nurturing high-level innovative science popularization professionals. This paper elaborates on the innovative points of the “Three Focusing” integrated collaborative education model of Nankai University,constructs a “comprehensive,multi-level,and three-dimensional” science popularization talent training path,and provides strategic support for building a “soft power” for holistic science popularization.
